As this community means so much to us and we want you to have unique designs for your customised purposes, this makes it not possible for us to re-use or resell material that you have returned to us. Therefore we cannot accept returns on any printed products. Please see our terms and conditions for information on this.
If there is a fault or a mistake on your order, our team is more than happy to help you resolve it and replace or refund your order accordingly. If you have any issues, please email our team at william@dectextile.com and they will do all they can to help you.
When your order has been dispatched, if you have selected a tracked delivery service, the tracking information will be sent to you within the dispatch notification email. You can also log in to your account to check on your order status and find tracking information. Log in to your account here.
