Therefore we cannot accept returns on any printed products. Please see our terms and conditions for information on this.

When you have done this, please get in touch with our customer service team via your preferred contact method. Please provide your order number, design code (XWD), photographs and as much information as you can to help our team process your issue as quickly as possible.

Fabric orders usually take 2-14 days to be dispatched. Your order will arrive in 4-8 days on the delivery time
Polyester bases usually takes 2-5 days in production
Laminated bases usually takes 5-8 days in production
Cotton/bamboo bases usually takes 2 weeks in production
It is likely many of our orders will ship much earlier than stated, depending on the elements such as the volume of orders we are currently processing.
We also offer an Rush Service for urgent orders at an additional cost. If this service is available for the products you have chosen, it will give you this option at checkout. If you have an item for rush production that is not shown as available, please contact our office for the best possible lead times.
Yes we do. We have several fabrics that have been tested and certified as safe for children such as: Cotton Jersey, Bamboo Jersey Cotton woven etc..
